Not sure where my other review went? Just like to say again that this is the worst company I have ever delt with. They destroyed my $2,100 LG CX TV and didn't offer me a dime. I followed the exact instructions on the UPS site "how to ship a TV" paid extra for the so called extra protection. There is none! Then they charged me hundreds of dollars to ship the destroyed TV all the way to Richmond BC to get inspected. I had to fight hard to get at least the $700 shipping cost back from my bank. Do not use UPS. Unless you don't care about what you are shipping.

They double charged me for import fees (one personal credit card and one company credit card). When I emailed them back EXACTLY which card needs to be refunded, they decided to refund the OTHER card (which happens to be a company credit card). After 2 months of back and forth they just said, sorry, nothing can be done. Complete scam of a company. Avoid at all cost. Another story I went to pick up a delivery in their warehouse, their hours are 7AM-8AM which means I have to be there when their one delivery man decides to show up to work. Arrived at 7AM and waited an hour for him to show up. Absolute scam of a company. Once they have your money they will never return it no matter how much it was UPS' fault. Can't talk to a manager/supervisor because THEY are the ones making the decisions to scam you of your money and not giving you a refund. I'd be embarrassed to use this joke of a company.

UPS Claimed that we refused delivery when they did not even show up at our place, or even call. We have been waiting 47 days (and counting) for delivery.

This UPS is completely ill equipped to handle Amazon returns. Only UPS I’ve ever found that can’t scan a package code to be returned. Staff tried to help and were very nice, but ultimately this falls on poor management not equipping their staff to get the job done. How this UPS is an authorized returner of Amazon packages is beyond me.

Consistently inaccurate, incorrect or just workin on vibes when it comes to estimations. Knowing that theyre only open from 7-9(if that) am when its impossible to go get my stuff having accurate tracking is almost vital to good buisness practices. If the delivery person is super bae I might change this rating, but UPS has put me through the ringer these last two weeks and I'll be definitely using a difficult service/telling people to start avoiding UPS asap. Useless Parcel Service, indeed bruh.

Absolutely the worst shipping company to deal with. Any parcels for pick up I've had issues. They are only available for pick ups between 6am-9am, and if you're unable to pick up at those times your s.o.l... recently, I've had two parcels sitting there and I've gotten two days of delivery attempt messages. I go to the office after work, 3pm and nobody is there. I call the phone number on the door that was hand written on a peoce of paper and of course there's no answer. I text the number and finally get a response. Apparently there's no driver to deliver to my location, and I'm unable to pick up after 9am. I have not received a phone call or any other means of contact from this department in regards to my items, which I could have picked up 'yesterday' in the morning. So was he going to have my high priced items sitting there for "who knows how long"? Thank goodness I checked my tracking and was able to make contact. Very poor business practices for UPS. They really need adequate staff and staffing.

The delivery is always after the tracking estimates and they never ring the doorbell leaving the package out in the open and in the rain. Inconsiderate delivery and irresponsible

Their hours say 7:00 - 9:00 am but they seem to be 7:00 - whenever they want to leave for delivery. I appreciate their constraints, but if a company is going to post hours of operation they should at least be open for those hours.

I ordered some expensive items and at first only 1 package came. So I went to their building and gave my info. Got a call 30 min later to come get my other 2. Was very happy with their quick assistance.

Place is only open limited time and they don’t call and let you know that you packed are there Amazon said it was delivered but I still have know idea where my package is Poor communication should have a local number to make arrangements for pick up and let people know what’s happening
