Living in Lakewood and picking up your package in the North Industrial is lots of fun. Are there people who get packages delivered in Saskatoon. This company is the worst for delivering packages. I can't believe anybody would use them for delivery. Try harder FedEx!

Sent a package August 29th and paid for 2 day delivery. The package has not moved since it got to Memphis September 1st and still states clearance in progress. Memphis FedEx brokers don’t answer the phone, nor respond to my emails, FedEx telephone agents are not of any help and offer no assistance. Went in person to the location sent from and all they can tell me is that it’s in Memphis being scanned every day but not moving. This is an extremely valuable package my client is not getting and I’m out thousands of dollars. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a shipping company and will never use FedEx again. I strongly recommend choosing another carrier for international shipping. If I could give negative stars review I would.

FedEx drivers will often not even attempt to deliver parcels and will give some poor excuse for their ineptitude. FedEx doesn’t care if a person needs to drive 20 minutes across town to wait in line behind five other annoyed customers before getting a parcel that very easily could have, and should have, been delivered. This has happened with FedEx multiple times. In fact, I’m not sure they have ever actually delivered a parcel to me. There is always some exception notification that I get, by the drivers account, that is wholly inaccurate. Getting assistance or reporting complaints through their virtual assistant or call-centre is useless. Maybe this review will get some attention from a person. Not impressed. Avoid this carrier.

Their automated voice system is an absolute mess. After calling Friday at 3pm, and being told I had to pay customs and taxes multiple time by an AI voice, hours after I had paid them online, and then spending 10 minutes trying to access the proper voice commands to talk to a real person about why my delivery had been canceled/not attempted. Only then to find out that yes, my package is at the building, but I can’t pick it up because no one has time to empty the shipping container that had arrived at noon, but it will be delivered by Monday before 5pm. My package has been in the city for at least 3 hours but I can’t get/receive it for at least another 60hours. FedEx as a whole is garbage and I really would have preferred my package was shipped UPS or DHL. I wouldn’t be surprised if my package goes missing in the next 60hours.

Worst delivery, their drivers didn’t even try to deliver and they say the customer is not available. And I was setting waiting for the package. The call center doesn’t have the driver number, who didn’t even try. This is the worst experience I have ever had with deliveries.
