Terrible customer service at this location! I waited in line for 1 hour to pick up a package on hold for me at the store. Everyone behind me was served quickly, and when I asked the UPS employee if he would be able to help me first considering I had been waiting in line, he was very rude and said no without an explanation, and continued to serve everyone else who had just walked in. As the only coloured person in the store, this was a very uncomfortable experience and I did not appreciate being ignored and not acknowledged. Another employee was at the back of the office, I asked her if she could help me instead and I picked up my package and left within 2 minutes. Horrible experience and awful customer service.
