Terrible customer service at this location! I waited in line for 1 hour to pick up a package on hold for me at the store. Everyone behind me was served quickly, and when I asked the UPS employee if he would be able to help me first considering I had been waiting in line, he was very rude and said no without an explanation, and continued to serve everyone else who had just walked in. As the only coloured person in the store, this was a very uncomfortable experience and I did not appreciate being ignored and not acknowledged. Another employee was at the back of the office, I asked her if she could help me instead and I picked up my package and left within 2 minutes. Horrible experience and awful customer service.

After paying 100 dollars for a sweater, UPS tried to charge me an additional 37 dollars on top of the delivery fee I already paid. This isn't the first time I've had trouble with UPS either, they've tried to charge me 600 dollars on a small order of tobacco from Sweden. What a joke!

Worst service ever . Steve should be in the back and stay in the back and never ever come out front . Horrible person . If I owned this place I would fire that guy . I do own a couple business and I would fire my staff if they acted like Steve . Unbelievable. Just do your job Steve and Shut your pie hole . Nobody needs your lip and attitude.

Good, quick delivery usually. I live right across the road from the UPS Store, so it's quite convenient for me if I want to send something out for warranty ect...

Not open. Arrived at 11:50 am and there was a note posted on the door that they are on lunch at will return at noon. It’s now 12:10 - nobody around. Ridiculous.
