I sent an important package and selected the overnight shipping option so that the package can be delivered the next business day. Despite paying more money the package it taking a week to be delivered. FedEx is not trustworthy. Select any other shipping company.

My husband and I ordered tempered glass from a company in Quebec and it was sent to us via FedEx. The 3 pieces of glass are for a glass wall and they literally weigh hundreds of pounds together. Our driveway is over 100 feet to our home, and is in the shape of a U. So you drive in one side and drive out the other. It's so simple.. clearly too simple. The FedEx driver pulled up to the start of the driveway, instead of driving down the driveway (which is beautifully groomed and snow free) he parks at the road and starts to unload the glass. My husband saw him and tried explaining that the driver could simply drive up to the house to unload but he didn't "want to" and continued unloading the glass. He let the boxes, again that weigh HUNDREDS of pounds, drop into the snow bank. A corner of the box was literally in the road. I'm appalled. I have no words. The unprofessionalism .. it's just wow. I will avoid FedEx at all costs in the future and never recommend them.

Staples store hours are different than this provided by FedEx shipping centre. FedEx is stating that the shipping centre is open until 7PM however Staples closes at 6PM during the week. This is review for FedEx and their incompetent, unreliable approach to customer service.
