Ordered something from bestbuy on black Friday, started tracking the shipment and wasn't moving from the woodbridge location and no update on delivery date. Called FedEx 4 times to get an update and only got continous lies. From it was a national holiday ( not in Canada it isnt), to restriction at receiptants address (I live in a house) to we have a lot of volume, someone will call you with an update, tracking will be updated by next business day to finally it was 'lost' ...ya and the dog ate my homework. The package clearly was taken. Regardless, no one at fedex was truthfull and it's such a shame. Zero accountability. BestBuy should end their partnership with them immediately. I will never use FedEx for personal shipments.

Who do you lose a package that's only 20km away from shipping location. How did it end up in B.C across country,Something that should have taken 2days max now will be over a week. Let's see if they have the right mind to next day courier the package.. see the track record of this company. Not to sure

Like many others here, the driver lied about an attempted delivery. Customer service did nothing about this. Without fail my experience with FedEx Ground has been nothing but trash. If I could rate this lower I would.

Can’t drop off my package but can drop off companies packages in the same town I live in. My package was taken 45 minutes north of where I live. Best part is your employee said we don’t deliver to rural areas, but I live in a town right on the highway. The driver drove right past my place.

Some drivers at this Woodbridge location are incompetent, lying, poor problem solvers. In our case three delivery attempts were made with the driver claiming each time that we were not home and that our building security does not accept packages - both claims are wholly untrue. Fine, if you are an inexperienced driver, at least be honest about your work, take ownership over matters, ask for help and solve your problem properly; you waste yours and a lot of other people's time otherwise. I spoke twice with Fedex customer service reps who forwarded very specific instructions in addition to providing our phone number - still, the driver on this route claimed yet again that we were not at home and that security refused the package; he/she did not even call us as advised. To add insult to injury, there is no easy way to contact management at the Woodbridge Depot to straighten this driver out. There are some very bad drivers there who tarnish a company's reputation through their incompetence and apathy; they ruin things for the other mostly hard-working drivers who deliver from this depot. Weed these deadbeats out and sack them!!!
