Ordered something from bestbuy on black Friday, started tracking the shipment and wasn't moving from the woodbridge location and no update on delivery date. Called FedEx 4 times to get an update and only got continous lies. From it was a national holiday ( not in Canada it isnt), to restriction at receiptants address (I live in a house) to we have a lot of volume, someone will call you with an update, tracking will be updated by next business day to finally it was 'lost' ...ya and the dog ate my homework. The package clearly was taken. Regardless, no one at fedex was truthfull and it's such a shame. Zero accountability. BestBuy should end their partnership with them immediately. I will never use FedEx for personal shipments.
