The lady that works there was really nice. She was able to hold back my parcel when it came in on the freight (instead of trying to be home on time for the UPS guy). Id give them 5 stars but I wish they would open sooner than 5pm. EDIT: I'm downgrading the review to 2 Star because the delivery guy did not attempt to deliver - I was home waiting.

Extremely helpful staff for my situation. Tried to schedule pick up but couldn't get the system to work so showed up unannounced. They were able to help me pay for my package and get on my way. Only thing is that I am glad the person who brought me knew where it was. Location is within an industrial section and anyone not familiar with it might find difficulty locating the area. Big ol' UPS sign on the wall though so once you found the area you're going to locate it 😉

One of the worst service ever i get. Even there customer service is also bad. I called 8 times in 2 days for my parcel and still i have to go to their location to pick my parcel.
