Worst mail service. Tries to deliver at 1am despite never coming to house (have cameras) delivers to wrong address, leaves package without signature. Wish I could have my items shipped by a literal toddler, they'd do a better job.

All other couriers deliver to my address, except DHL. Hard to believe when you pay premium prices for express shipping and they don’t deliver to my home….. then I have to go for a 25 minute drive one way to pick up my parcel….. not to mention the delays it creates as well, not happy,! will never ship with them again! 🤬

Surprised to see the low star at this location. The staffs were very helpful and caring. They provided the accurate time of when the goods will be delivered. Also, the tracking was accurate. While one of staffs was been trained, it's fine with me that she need to ask for guidance from the supervisor. I highly recommended this place

I had already set up a delivery point and had confirmation last month about the location I chose. Yesterday I got a txt message and an email saying it was at a location that is not the one I chose. The location was an hour drive away! When I got there they told me it wasn't there. So I drove all the way there for nothing. Why send me a txt message and an email, to send me to a location, when it is not even there. This is supposed to be a delivery company. Not at "we'll screw over your day while you try to deliver your own package yourself" company. They are either incompetent, or are purposely screwing over customers to save a dime.

Never attempted to deliver and awaiting me to collect the parcel although I’ve already chosen deliver to my front door
