I never received my package. UPS says they delivered it to my door at 9:26 p.m. on November 25, 2022. I was at home, they never came by my house. The day before, they told me they had come by and that no one was home, but I was there. It was for a Christmas present.

Terrible service, I would have given zero. 8th time we postpone the delivery. Always a good reason, the weather is too good, it's raining, it's snowing, etc. No idea if I'm going to receive my package.

Very bad experiences in the last few months. Shipments ripped open, boxes demolished, never ring. Rarely arrives on the expected date. Indicates delivered but never passed. Place items in plain view for quick and easy pick up.

WORST delivery service! My package was to be delivered on Wednesday, then Thursday, finally only a part was delivered. Friday I receive the second part in a disastrous state. The shipping box was replaced with an old reused amazon box (probably the original one was too demolished). The box of the item is COMPLETELY soggy. So much so that she's falling apart. The item inside is electronic and quite expensive. It is absolutely certain that I have to return it to the store. I can't believe they still delivered in such condition. They should have returned the item to the sender themselves. This is unacceptable

Recently I posted legal documents in Europe. I came to the service point hoping to get a fast and high-quality service. The teller at the reception was very polite. She asked about the worth of my parcel. As I send legal documents, I didn't have real price. So I took in consideration the ambacy and ups transfer fees. And I declared a 200$ value. That should be me reimbursed in the case if parcel loses. In 2 days my addressee received the notice that he must pay 200$. After that the long story started. The call center is really poor. Every representative have different instructions. Wasn't clear which form to fill and how to fill because they have forms only for business account. I don't recommend this company!

Worst experience, ever seen in my life! I had winter boots delivered at $450, they told me on November 22 that it was in Blainville, on the 23rd too, on the 24th it was said to deliver, I'll look down NOTHING, I called and told who delivered my package my 22,23,24 I was here at home no one rang or nothing! I fight every day with them to get my package or my refund and no one helps me, they would say they are laughing at me! I have never seen such a disgusting company! Very poor customer service from UPS. 6 calls to customer service due to an error caused by UPS and the 6 agents give me a different answer that makes no sense. I was even told: it's caused by the government, while the package is in the delivery truck or, it's the system that does not allow me to do this maneuver and no superior can help me . Very poor command of French by several agents. Strongly Intelcom which is a much more competent company.

You are not lucky if your package must transit through this UPS center. They have major issues....I don't understand how UPS keeps this location opened. It's ridiculous. Packages can stay there for weeks before being shipped or worst they are often sent out for delivery but ended up coming back there... I had to call and request to go get them myself after 2 weeks. Update. 6 days later, I get a call in the morning to ask if I will come get the packages. I tell the receptionist I will come today. The receptionist doesn’t leave a note. I get to the UpS in Blainville that same day get my package, the receptionist tells me she tried to call me this pm and since I didn’t answer, she sent my boxes back to the sender.. This place looks like an absolute joke. The office is nasty and looks completely disorganized. I really don’t get why the head office doesn’t do anything. Clearly this place needs some serious intervention

I called customer service to be told that I had to wait until 7 p.m. and then a second time to be told to wait until 8 p.m. finally. I received my package at 9 p.m. sharp. I am happy because I received it the same day and there was no delay in the days but I did not expect it so late. I had good service from the delivery person and my package was intact and undamaged.

Worst service from shipping company I've had to date. Boxes are almost always damaged. Sometimes leave the stock in plain sight when it's possible to hide it. They often have deadlines. They sometimes give notifications, sometimes not. Asked me for import fees of $153 for 2 boxes when I had never had to pay that before. With these issues, I showed up there to pick up my packages and pay the fees but their system was bugged so they couldn't do anything. The lady at the reception unfriendly.

In fact ZERO stars, as usual they left the package on the side of the street (I had asked for a side door because of the risk of theft, filled in all their crap but since it's pre-signed they s scream) I notified the supplier, if they are a responsible company they will change. And if it's not pre-signed and I'm not there, what happens? I have to pick up at the bottom of the Blainville industrial park, 40 minutes from here when things are going well, 1h30 round trip when they find the package. We're big and we don't care about the world, think about it! AND WHY DO THEY HAVE A 1.5 STAR AVERAGE YOU THINK???
