I had a rather neutral experience. I went in with Amazon return boxes and the line was quick to move. The lady was somewhat authoritative, but not really rude. The store looks worn out and cheaply maintained. Didn’t expect it from UPS. But otherwise, I got everything done that I needed.

I think people are getting confused between a franchise owner and UPS. If UPS messed up. It's not this store's fault. They're just a transfer station. I've always had great service here, the lady at the front counter always has a smile. I have have problems with UPS, but I've also had problems with FedEx and Canada post. But I don't blame the person in front of me. They're just working for a bigger company that messed up and that does happen. But they've always made it right.

The owner or whoever he is, is so mean that even he is not ready to provide the packaging tape. I had been to him directly from the work place and so did not have the box properly packed. The gentleman (Who is always there whenever you go) clearly informed me that he wont provide me with the packaging tape. I kept the box there and told him that I would visit him again tomorrow with packaging tape and that he can keep my box aside. I think a big giant like UPS should think twice and maybe more time before lending a franchise to such an Owner. BTW this has happened with me for the 2nd time but different case. I have no option as of now and hence visit him.

I also had a bad experience , when the lady was halfway through serving me , the phone rang , she answered it and left me standing there , while she proceeded to serve the person on the phone .when she got back to me, a customer came in, and started asking her questions , again ,she abandoned me , and stopped to answer questions. At that point I told her she needed to finish serving me ,before anyone else. That was when she seemed to be having trouble with her printer, and she told me she could not print my label. I left the store in frustration , I will never return again .I have been doing business with Ups for years , never, have I ever seen that kind of service, Imagine my surprise ,when I asked for the managers name , and she told me she was the owner. This reflects bad on Ups, who got a reputation to uphold. Stay away from this store.

Had great service this week. The counterperson helped 3 of us at the same time with grace and aplomb. I had pre-filled in the wrong paperwork and then paid with the wrong card. Sorry! Gal behind the counter didn't even break a sweat. In this digital world it's great to still be able to get help from humans in a storefront. Thanks! I'll be back.
