Wanted to review in response to the one-star reviews. My package came quickly and I was lucky to have a pick-up spot this close. A little difficult to find if you don’t know where you’re looking, but if you scan the edge of the parking lot across from the homesense it’s easy to find. Bright yellow trailer. Staff was friendly and I got my package quickly. Expected to have to pay but all I needed was my ID. Fast and pleasant experience. Will definitely be using this service and location in the future.

This is the actual worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. I’ve run into this company twice and twice it has been horrible. A person cannot seem to talk to a human, apparently my address doesn’t exist, even though I actually live here and other things manage to get here, and I can’t even locate my package. No one gets back to me after several calls to robots, chats with robots, and emails, I presume to robots. I paid extra for fast shipping as I needed this item, and yet here I am, on the day I needed it, without it. Well done DHL. You’ve successfully ruined the day.

Went to the location on Sunday at 11:00am since both their website and google stated their hours were 11:00am - 4:00pm on Sundays. Waited around until 11:30am but the trailer remained closed with no one attending it.

You are at the mercy of the one person who works here at a time and when ever they go on break. So regardless of the hours of operation, it’s a crapshoot if they are actually open.

I received excellent and efficient service from the DHL Express ServicePoint at Kingsway. Hopefully the mall will move the DHL trailer to a better location with higher visibility and traffic (for security) in the future, but I will continue to go here for my international services. Zee provided quality customer service and the shipment was fast and easy. MUCH better service and pricing than FedEx.
