Worse delivery service out there. They take insanely long to do anything, and take their sweet time to bring your packages to Canada Post or USPS. They don't give any estimated delivery dates. I have left five emails over the past few weeks regarding a order I didn't receive and they never got back to me. Never order from anywhere that uses DHL.

Terrible service. The automated call system is a maze. I've talked to multiple people at customer service in the last 3 weeks and none have followed through to help me with my problems. Very frustrating. I would spend money in the future to avoid dealing with DHL.

Only review I intend to make and what a joke. I was informed my package was returned to sender after I was never given a follow up as to why my package was on hold, they had the wrong number and as such, I never received my package, on top of that I could barely hear what was being said because nobody spoke in a clear voice. Terrible service all around

Worst delivery company in existence. If you see a seller ships through DHL. Cancel your order. All these 1 star reviews are accurate.

DHL courier called me through the intercom to let me know my item has arrived. I said I will be right down. As I was going down stairs, I noticed the driver was half way down the street. The driver left my parcel out in the open so someone could possibly steel it. Plus, I was supposed to sign for it. WTH! The driver could have waited outside the doors to see I received it safely without someone steeling it but he took off. Poor service! Very poor service. Not impressed.
