Fedex should really inform their clients of the shipper that they will never buzz your door if you live in a condo. They continuously drop it off to the drop off center. After paying for shipping they should at least TRY to drop it off at the intended destination. I really wish the shipper would inform of what company would be delivering so we can make a choice not to use FedEx and possibly buy somewhere else that can do what the customer wants. And they do not leave door tags either.

FedEx as an organization NEEDS TO GET RID of their thermal printers that commonly have faded QR barcodes! The amount of issues it causes is beyond abhorrent!!! Iāve had staff members for the logistics team at their HQ speak with me on numerous occasions & they are also frustrated with the challenges the organization has. The Express (FedEx employees) vs Ground (contractors) groups is also a well known joke that has its challenges. FedEx used to be amazing but the loss of packages & volume of excuses is going to be the nail in their coffin if someone doesnāt address the lack of results with their āPurple Promise!ā

I would like to commend Seera who is very helpful, friendly, patient and really nice. She assisted me two times and she did great. She is very approachable and compassionate. She extended her help to me when I came to Fedex past their office hours and I was able to get my package. Fedex is very blessed to have an employee like her. God bless you Seera. Just FYI they will not deliver you package if they will see the door is closed. After that they will give you an option to pick it up yourself. Don't understand why we have to pay for delivery when they don't deliver.
