Absolutely horrible service. Delivery was guaranteed for Friday. Get a call at 6pm saying driver couldn't find the address. They don't deliver on the week end so delivery is postponed 'till Monday ..they wouldn't even let me go get it myself.. office is closed ... this is birthday gift.. Monday is too late... if you hire people that can't read maps the very least you can do is train them.. I mean.. that's the whole job.. my phone number is on the package.. apparently the driver is not obligated to call if he doesn't feel like it as I was , quite rudely told, by customer service.. how they are still in business is beyond me.. never again

UPS lost my package and after they did an investigation they told me we are not responsible for that damage. They told me you did not pack well the package. I have sent a drone that costs 600CAD and I did not pack it correctly.... They are considering me as stupid. ... Very bad customer service, no one were able to give me answers. I had to wait 26 days before I found an agent that told me what really happen 👎👎👎👎👎

We had to argue at the counter to get our package, they wouldn't accept the ID we provided because we recently moved and it doesn't have the new address displayed. A delivery truck driver yelled at my girlfriend for 10 minutes before driving off dangerously (He was quite disrespectful). We ended up getting the package by modifying one of our phone invoices in Word (Which we also just changed so it won't show the new address before next bill) I want this driver Fired. He screamed at my girlfriend enough that she broke down crying. Worst place I've ever been

UPS is not my favourite service. Couldn't pay the custom fee right away, the delivery guy told us this id where our package would be in the evening. Go there after work (around 5) and we're told that packages arrive around 6, and their office closes at 6:30. It's a tiny window! >
