Day and Ross is a great company if you don’t want your shipment picked up on time. Two days in a row they did not pick up shipment, wasted my time and other people’s time waiting around. First pickup time was 4:30 and didn’t show but promised next pickup between 12-2 and no one showed up all day and no phone call. They are notorious for not showing up on time but not showing up at all two days in a row is pathetic for a company. If I could give less than one star I would. Wouldn’t let me.

They called me that they have received my parcel and that they will deliver it to my house the next day. I told them that instead I will come and pick it up. I went there and they told me to go to door 17. I waited at door 17 for 10 minutes but nobody came to help me. I went back to the office and asked what was going on. They told me that they have meeting and will not be able to help. Anyway after 10/15 minute some body came to give me my parcel, but it was too big for my vehicle. So I asked them for home delivery and they promised to do it next day but that did not happen. now its weekend and I have to wait till Monday and see if they will be willing to help me. I paid extra for next day delivery but will be lucky if get it in a week.

Late delivery, shipment sat in Calgary dock for over 10 days. Anyone I contacted was only able to provide info that was available to myself through tracking...that was best case. Worst case was snotty attitude from one guy on phone. Totally unacceptable delivery and customer service.

I ordered a mattress, the estimated delivery date was supposed to be November 23rd. I took the day off of work, had I actually known that I was just going to lose a days worth of money, I would've just went to work. A couple weeks went by the mattress was in saskatoon. I had not received a call or anything about delivery. It wasn't until I called Day and Ross I was told that my mattress was in Saskatoon and I asked if I could come pick it up. I was told that I was not allowed to because it was financed. Come to find out my mattress was not even in their warehouse it was in Kindersley Transport's warehouse. I was eventually told by Kindersley Transport that my mattress had been sent to their warehouse instead. Almost a month later, I finally have my mattress. I am extremely disappointed with this company, and would not recommend to anyone. If I could give -1000 stars I would

Worst shipping company I had to deal with, lost shipment instead of 10 days of waiting for claim result how it was said on website. Took them 1.5 months, and got offered 5% of what my shipment worth. Never recommending this company to anyone
