Online purchase was shipped with Day & Ross. Order was suppose to arrive at the latest 4 business days ago. Customer service said the item was suppose to be scanned locally yeaterday and delivered today. Yet nothing has happened for the past 2 days. At this point I am starting to believe they lost the item in the past week since scanned in Moncton. Not a small purchase either.
