Unreliable. Cancelled a load on a very short notice. Caused us an issue with our buyer, and delayed our schedule. Had to find another company and pay more. No help or accountability. Not recommended. Lots of other reliable freight forwarders out there, shop around!

My delivery is 5 days past the estimated delivery date. It’s gone from Moncton to new Glasgow, back to Moncton then to Dartmouth and now to Yarmouth on the other end of the province and no one can tell me why it keeps passing me and travelling all around the province!

Shockingly rude agents. We had booked a shipment of 20 boxes and had received a quote for the job. Told not to book the pickup until 5 days ahead. When we called they asked if any boxes contained personal items, We had both personal and business equipment. We answered honestly and they told us they would not ship our boxes because they don't ship personal items. I asked if we removed the personal items if they would still ship our business equipment and the supervisor, Kelly, accused us of lying and hung up on us. This has left us with a massive problem as the business move has been planned for months. Now we are paying far more for a last minute move by another provider. Stay away from this company. And to the company owners: teach your staff about customer service. Their behaviour was appalling.

3 weeks late on shipment - lost the shipment - could not then find the shipment- endless waiting on hold and no one knows anything. Do not ship with day and ross or some day courier as it is incredibly frustating and it will be weeks late.

Their staff are always willing to assist when needed and they can easily be reached. We have been using Day and Ross for the last 5 years to ship goods direct to customers and to our various warehouse in Canada. Every week, Day and Ross assists our business in delivering Great Service to our customers. With their vast network of trucks and facilities, they have been able to deliver our goods from Coast to Coast with great efficiency. It is also a very rare occasion that we ever receive any deliveries with damages. Our goods are packaged properly for shipping, which results in them arriving undamaged 99.9% of the time.
