I had two packages to return to Amazon via UPS. I was given clear instructions from Amazon that I followed to a T. When dropping off my packages for pick up by UPS, the gentleman very rudely told me I needed an invoice. I tried to show him what I was given and didn't even bother to look simply pointed at me and said "No! you need an invoice - I can't take them!" and practically kicked me out. I tried to ask what this invoice should say or have on it because I was thoroughly confused (I've returned packages before and never had this issue) and I was completely dismissed. If this store does not want the trouble of dealing with UPS customers and drop offs then they shouldn't do it. I called UPS to schedule a pick up and wasn't met with an issues whatsoever and no one demanded an invoice. Do your self a favor skip the middle man and just call UPS for a pick up.

Delivered a day earlier than scheduled and they don't leave it at the door. They will now redeliver it in 1-2 business days. For me this is an unacceptable inconvenience. Very disappointed. I am not on Facebook or Twitter, so these are your only contact methods? That doesn't make anything better.

Horrendous experience dropping off a package. Proprietor was very rude and of no assistance whatsoever. His navigation of the English language was very poor to say the least. I had two return labels. One was on box property. The other is to go to the carrier for customs and this guy tried to tell me six times to tsps it on the side. After finally understanding what he meant he turned away to his copier to resume his filing and ignored me. I asked him to confirm where label was to go and he turned box on side and pointed. I said ok and asked him for tape. He said no tape here. I said you don’t have any tape here as a UPS drop off. He said no. I pointed out all his signs taped on his windows yet he had no tape? Really. I went out to car and luckily had a roll of duct tape (like who doesn’t have that in their car eh). Taped label to box and returned to store and asked him if it was ok now. He grabbed box snd said sign here and luckily he had a pen. He took box and I asked when it would go out. He said tomorrow but didn’t even look at me. I left store and will never be back there again for a UPS DROP OFF nor for a pack of gum from DNT Convenience store. UPS needs to find another retailer as a drop off because this guy can’t speak English and is very rude and unhelpful leaving customers feeling unwelcome. I would also suggest nobody make any purchases at this store. For something so simple he turned it into a nightmare experience.

Refused a package stating that it was over 40lbs, and UPS driver wouldn’t pick it up. Checking with UPS, they informed me that was not the case. Poor customer service
