I called the fedex at the Staples location in Westvile, NS to get a pick up for a package to Ontario. I could not speak with anyone, only an automated voice that was snarky and impossible. We all know how much they charge for this and I'd have to be crazy to spend such money without the personal service fedex once had. Off to post office for me.
