Always have a Happy & Positive Experience at this Canada Post Location in Downtown Collingwood. Mike is very Friendly and Helpful when I Ship my parcels from my Business .( we are there every other day ) One time he even stayed late at the Holiday Season so we could get our parcels out to our Customers!! Really Appreciated that, it was Outstanding Customer Service . The ladies are also great who work at the Post Office too! :)

After paying for expedited shipping, the package was delayed by multiple days and because of that I was unable to receive the package, and it’s now going to have to be sent back. I called the post office inquiring about what can be done now that I am unable to receive it, and the man who picked up was beyond rude. I politely and patiently talked with the employee, as he proceeded to not only yell, but swear at me. It is extremely embarrassing to have such an employee, and will never be using this service again. I hope customers can be treated better in the future.

Good staff but need working on, came on Friday to ship package he says he is not supposed to tape my box and it Is one time exception always I go to other canada post they never complain about taping my shipping boxes. You need to teach your employees about shipping,

They are absolutely amazing here, they had a coin here and I couldn't find it anywhere else. The man set it aside and I drove over an hour just to get it. I will be forever grateful for this, it was super important to me and it made my day! I can't say thank you enough for this coin!! Thank you again

A little unusual location. Sign is on the store front of this downtown Collingwood location but the store is behind a clothing store. Didn't matter the staff member I spoke to was friendly and helpful.
