Horrible! I stayed home for 2 days when they were supposed to deliver. No buzz, no knock, no call, and they said they attempted delivery. From there, I got daily notifications that my package was scheduled for delivery, never came. Reached out to customer service twice, who promised it could come the next day, and nothing. Reached out a third time, and a day later they want me to drive 25 mins to their facility to pick it up once it is ready - almost 2 weeks after the first “attempted delivery”. Frustrating customer service that doesn’t answer all of your questions, and communication is not good. Avoid using if you can!
