Service experience was horrible. I explained the contents of my package in which the employee found no issue only to have my package returned to me three weeks later stating it could not be mailed because it contained dangerous goods. I took the package back to the post office where they then proceeded to tell me what counted as the dangerous goods in the package. I had to pay for shipping all over again due to a lack of communication and knowledge of the job from the first employee.

The nicest and most knowledgeable post office clerk I’ve ever met. I went in there blind knowing nothing about sending certain parcels. She answered all my questions and pointed me in the right direction l.

I felt bad the first time I went to pick up my package, she had a hard time finding it. Just went back again, I waited 40 minutes in line. There was confusion with every person. The employees either couldn't find packages, or didn't know where their supplies were. At one point, one of the employees joked about hiring everyone in the line because she couldn't find things and people in the line had to grab them for her.

Excellent service! I’ve always liked Canada Post and his office is no different. The staff has helped my find and receive many packages and even recently helped me send out my first large package for eBay! Huge help, much thanks!

Long lines, which is understandable during the pandemic. Great service, good hours, my only compliant is they seem a bit short staffed.
