Received a text saying there was a delivery attempt made with my package but there was no such attempt. Website says check the slip that was left on the door for further instructions, which is pretty hard to do when no one actually came to my door to leave a slip. Trying to reach someone to discus the issue is impossible because everything is automated and you can never speak to an actual human, except for the number here that isn’t even the correct number for the delivery service. Did I mention my package was already 4 days late as it is? Fingers crossed that I actually get my package on the rescheduled date.

Package with my glasses lost in your warehouse and your company has done nothing in the week that they have been lost. I need those to see... Worst customer service ever. Definitely would not recommend.

Despite giving my signature release twice, they marked my delivery as "rejected" three days in a row. Which is impossible because there hasn't been anyone home for them to even talk to, let alone reject the package. Had to get it from a pick up location after a week of messing around with it.

Ordered item and chose DHL and payed the extra to get it before the weekend for a customer. Little did I know DHL hands off to Loomis in my area. Here it is Friday evening; the package was given to them this morning (via tracking); should have been out for delivery but it is still sitting in their facility. I am willing to go pick it up as it is only 20mins away. Phones are useless as no one answers. I have worked for Purolator and UPS. This is by far the worst courier experience I have had. If DHL is smart they will sever this relationship as it is dragging them down too.

I had bed frame delivered through this company (seller's choice). They refused to bring it upstairs to my apartment unit because of Covid. Their excuse was they can't get into elevator because of Covid. Then don't accept the job, but no problem accepting money right.Don't accept the money because of covid too. It is the job you said you will do it and getting paid for it. My 12 year old son and I pushed and pulled and brought it upstairs this big, heavy box without equipment and nothing. Well, I need to return it because the pieces are different sizes and can't be put together. The seller said loomis express will pick it up. Loomis express without previous arrangement called me from the lobby said I need to bring it down for him for same reason. he won't get into elevator because of covid. What is this? They think covid exists only in the elevator? he is standing almost same size of lobby between 4 walls and that's ok, but not elevator. Just lazy people using covid as excuse wants to make easy money and I have to do their job that they are getting paid for. You chose to open and operate your business during this time then do your job. If you not don't accept the job and money let others do it. I had fedex, amazon delivery no problem. Stay away from them.
