If I could give zero stars I would. This company‘s customer service is horrible. Anytime I have a package shipped using this carrier it takes weeks. I so much longer than any other company including Canada Post. Currently waiting on four different packages, with the ever so famous message that they are sitting an hour away from me waiting for schedule delivery. All four packages have been in that state for almost 2 weeks. When I called to find out when I’m getting my items, I am told they are not sure and they will let the driver know to get them on a truck ASAP. Multiple times when they are out for delivery, after I’ve waited all day for them, I will be greeted with a notification that delivery will be rescheduled “due to weather” when it’s clear blue sky. I run multiple businesses, and it’s so frustrating to constantly have my customers also waiting for items because of them. I have not had a positive experience with this company to date. And will be avoiding using them when I can help it.

We had some larger items delivered to our house. We were not at home when the delivery was made. The parcels were left in our driveway which was perfectly fine. But we noticed that our eavestrough had been significantly damaged. None of our vehicles could have done the damage and the parcels were placed right beneath the damaged eavestrough. We reached out to Loomis and they denied any wrong doing, they told us they spoke to the driver who said they did not hit our house. We got up on a ladder and noticed that there was yellow paint on our white eavestrough, clearly paint transfer from the delivery van. When we reached out again with this evidence we never got a response from Loomis. Would strongly recommend avoiding this company as they have poor customer service and business ethics.

On Thursday I got home to see a delivery notice on our patio door that said they tried to deliver a package and would return the next day. I signed and filled out the notice instructing them to leave the package and posted it on the patio door where I found it (as per the instructions on the notice). Friday I got home and found a notice on a different door that said I had to pick it up at their warehouse in Peterborough, which is a 45 minute drive. No number on the notice so I tried calling multiple numbers which eventually led me to a message that said his mailbox was full (most likely with complaints) and I couldn’t leave a message. Terrible customer service and completely disorganized.

Never had an issue with this company previously. I had a package out for delivery, normally ask for them to deliver my mail at my side door which they never do but it was never much of an issue. Tracking says that the package was delivered, check the entire house and my mail is nowhere to be found. Walked the entire neighborhood in pouring rain to see if it was perhaps left at a neighbour’s instead but no luck. Customer service is absolutely atrocious as they don’t respond to anything in a timely manner and I’m left without my package.

Not satisfied with service from DHL where packages are outsourced to Loomis in Peterborough. Package has not been delivered from mid July.. We are now at Aug 19th. I have received conflicting updates from DHL... Delivery attempt made..incorrect! Do not have address.. really?? Now I have asked for the package to be picked up...I have to wait 48 hrs.. Let's see what happens. Avoid using DHL in the Peterborough area.
