I was a little nervous at first glance from the storefront, but when I went inside it was really clean, cozy and the person working was extremely helpful and courteous. If I could mail everything here, I would! Hard to come by really great service, but there’s no lack of it here.

Super efficient with any mailing needs I have including local or international. Top notch, in and out service. These guys have been in business forever and they know their stuff. Very customer savvy.

Ordered a package and paid for the shipping. I than discover that they don't drop the package off without anyone home, because they charge extra. Okay no big deal, but I can't get to them before they close due to work. I call to find out if I can have someone else pick it up and than find out that it has been sent to there overstock location. It is now going to cost me over $80 just in FedEx over charges. It is quite literally cheaper for me to pay for my item with the shipping than it is to pay FedEx just for holding my item. The item was $68 with shipping and taxes, it's now $140 just because FedEx held onto it.

They didn't t deliver my package for 2 days, then they tell me to come pick it up so I show up to do so and they are closed all weekend so I have to wait all weekend to get my package that they didn't deliver. Horrible. 5 days late.

10/10. Came in today looking to mail something to the US and they were very helpful and knowledge on the number of customs/duty forms needed. They also have photocopy services and special packaging envelopes on-site. Thanks!
