In my opinion, UPS in Yellowknife is not a reliable or customer-focused store. If your parcel is fulfilled by them then good luck to receive your parcel. Their drivers never call customers to verify if they are available to receive the parcel. The RUDE Front desk staff told me that "if the receiver don't have the yellowknife phone number, the driver will not call them because of long distance charges". All BS.They're clearly not up to the task of delivering your packages in a timely or professional manner. Don't get into argument with them because they have million BS reasons to not commit their mistake. They should learn customer service skills from Purolator Yellowknife.
