Really bad service this time round.It took me 40 mins to get my package shipped. I only had one tool case to ship. There were only 3 persons ahead of me. The customer service person was slow and the process definitely needs modification. I have been to this site before and was impressed.Very disappointed this time round.

The people working there were SO friendly and helpful; a gentleman named Pierre and his female colleague went way out of their way and beyond the call of duty to help me retrieve a difficult order that I had made a mistake on. Really good people.

They Left me a note saying that if i wanted my package today i needed to go get it at the distribution center after 18:00 The thing is that I got there and the center was closing at 18:00 So made the way for nothing
