Would give 0 stars if possible. These shipping companies have no local numbers, their IVR has you on the phone wasting your time and you still can't get answers. If you have a local company, have a local phone number or just leave!!! No customer service at all! Impossible to speak to anyone local, and when you call you get someone from a continenet away who asks the most ridiculous questions only to be told that they don'tknow the answer. So frustrated with these bloody shipping companies. I would NOT recommend, I would rather get a local company, UPS is too big to do business with, you just get lost as a number. Their phone reps are useless.
