Would give 0 stars if possible. These shipping companies have no local numbers, their IVR has you on the phone wasting your time and you still can't get answers. If you have a local company, have a local phone number or just leave!!! No customer service at all! Impossible to speak to anyone local, and when you call you get someone from a continenet away who asks the most ridiculous questions only to be told that they don'tknow the answer. So frustrated with these bloody shipping companies. I would NOT recommend, I would rather get a local company, UPS is too big to do business with, you just get lost as a number. Their phone reps are useless.

So Frustrating. Package was not delivered because the driver didn't proceed 20 ft past a private entry to our house which they have done for the last 10 years. Obviously new driver. The problem then gets worse because you can not contact anyone locally to let them know what went wrong. You get a call centre god only knows where and 40 minutes later they don't have a clue. So frustrating!! We need a number in NL to call for problems with delivery.

Package was in town for 3 days and not delivered. On the 4th day it got sent to Quebec and when I called twice to ask about it they basically told me it's not their problem and I'll get it when it gets here. Absolutely not good enough.

Drivers don't even attempt to deliver the package; they just stick the "we missed you" note on your door and leave! I was home all day and they never knocked on the door or rang the bell.

Did not ring smart doorbell; knocked at door instead. Nothing left at the door for UPS contact/pick-up address, hours, etc. Pick-up location closed before 5 PM. Will continue to avoid UPS unless only option. Update: Received email notification that the package arrived at pickup location after hours.
