Instead of delivering the package to my door like they were supposed to they tried to deliver it to my community mailbox and when the package obviously wouldn't fit in my mailbox they deemed it as an incorrect address. I call them and after dealing with the infuriating customer service robot they have, I spoke to a lady who confirmed that the address they have is correct and the driver just didn't deliver it. The drivers in saint john are actually the worst delivery drivers I've ever dealt with! Lazy beyond compare! And the pick up window for picking up the packages that they just randomly choose not to deliver is only 1 hour during the day (5pm to 6pm). I will actively avoid using FedEx in the future as this is absolutely ridiculous!
