I have been at the UPS store so many times to see their Commissioner of Oaths, Tracey. She is very welcoming, kind, and thorough. She's helped me countless times with my documentation needs. While waiting, I've had the pleasure of seeing a variety of beautiful prints/ signs UPS has done. Also through Tracey's remarkable service, she was able to ensure all of packages were sent out and received in an expedited manner. It truly is a pleasure to have used UPS for my legal paper work as well for mailing my documents. Thank you for all of your help, Tracey.

Excellent customer service. Tracey was extremely patient with a first-time customer shipping a high-value eBay item. She answered multiple questions on the phone without any of the shortness that one sometimes gets from busy store staff. She took time to explain the options and check prices. When I finally mailed the package in the store the amount went through wrong; staff quickly corrected it. Tracey also addressed a later question while the package was in transit, when I got an extremely sketchy call from someone claiming to work for UPS. Good customer service can be very hard to find these days and deserves to be acknowledged. If I ever had another expensive item shipping out of Canada I would not hesitate to go with Saint John UPS again.

This is a great place to ship items. Not only that, they have a lot of other services they provide too, such as printing, laminating etc. All the staff are super helpful, friendly and efficient. The owner Tracey is amazing and appreciates her customers loyalty.
