Worst experience ever!!!! Parcel never arrived on time, and it went to another depo. When I called they were absolutely clueless I should have realized when the employee was incompetent. I knew my insured package wasn't going to arrive. And it didn't! Terrible. Canada poat is actually more reliable. Shouldn't even give 1 star. But you can't give zero. Ha!

I brought in my door tag, they said my package wasn't there. I called FedEx, they said my package was there. I think the fella working just had enough for the day. He didn't look at all. Entered the number and said it's not here. Why would I get a door tag that it's there if it wasn't? FedEx custom service had them redeliver it for me because of all the confusion.

A surprisingly good experience. Not a big pick up centre but their staff move quickly to ensure you pick up or drop off your parcel fast.
