Worst Courier service provider. My parcel scheduled to deliver today and I waited whole day to receive it, but nobody came to my apartment. I got a email that nobody was at home so my delivery delayed. Delivery persons are liers. They never came to my apartment. After contacting customer service no response received. It was 3rd time I had the same issue with FedEx. Don't use FedEx for your valuable things.

Never on time with packages. They will tell you they attempted delivery, even when they didn’t, just so that they can delay it if they don’t want to deliver it that day. I was told delivery was attempted twice even when I was home all day both days & there were no tire tracks on my snowy driveway! So the only conclusion I can come to is that they do this deliberately to make it appear as though they are trying to deliver your package when they in fact are not.

The people working at this station, take their sweet sweet time to retrieve the package and missed by the lazy drivers. We have to listen to the annoying music waiting for the package while the representative spend time chit chatting while the backend team can't handle a 4 digit number and confuse your package for other. Fedex is the worst carrier service, lazy drivers who never enter the building and cancel the delivery, horrendous customer support with bare minimum to no support and Management who doesn't take responsibility to the employee mistake and has a blind eye towards customer. They are very opaque towards customers that it takes 25 min get speak a customer representative and 45+ minutes to speak to a manager. No customer complaint portal or toll free number. I try to avoid FedEx whenever possible.

Not possible even to pick up a priority package that's been sitting in sorting facility for few business days , let alone timely delivery. While short-staffed they keep pretending they can handle priority parcels. If your business depends on punctual delivery, avoid please

Horrible and irresponsible service. Fedex always delays the product. The delivery guy never comes to my apartment and they will say nobody was home. Fedex delivery persons are huge liars. This is the third time they did the same thing. I had to take 2 days off to receive the big parcel, even though they never came. I was watching out for them but nobody came and they said that I wasn’t home when they came. Useless courier service. 0/5 stars for worst delivery guys. Worst customer service and never recommended to anyone.

Will never ship FedEx again. My shipment never made it after full 28 days. Customer Service is a joke. Call after call after call - It's a joke from them to say " I have forwarded your concern to the station". What after? Zero customer service is too high of a rating. There is no one to talk to in person and no one returns the calls or email. People should stop using FedEx it's the only way someone learns a lesson.

I came in, an hour and half before closing to track a package that was supposed to have been delivered three days ago and was showing as sitting in Toronto (Mississauga FedEx location on Torbram) I'd called customer service on my way there to inquire about status as I urgently needed it due to wedding in 2 days time (and the site office would be closed tomorrow and Monday for Thanksgiving). The agent on the phone helped track it, put in a request for box to be located and note that I was on my way. At the Torbram location, I explained my stressful situation to the lady. She was calm and took the information. She didn't make any promises but did say the team would search for the package. A supervisor needed to authorize some items. I was asked to wait and about 40-50 minutes later she came back with van and my package in it. To say I was relieved and grateful is an understatement. The staff have been backlogged all week; many customers had similar issues and you could see/hear staff hearing and making calls to track items. This lady was polite, professional and really made my day. Denise, thank you thank you, THANK YOU!

Driver did not even attempt the delivery - called me at 3:58p Tues Oct 11 (from across the street) to complain about bldg entry. I told the delivery person that I would call the condo security person and indeed, she confirmed that Fedex would be given entry to the bldg. Yet, he still made absolutely no attempt. I have called Fedex customer service to request that the package be delivered today. The driver has no excuse - security will buzz him into the building in order that he can take the elevator to the correct apt. This is the usual procedure. Follow up: the Fedex driver did not return.

called 3 seperate times. was assured my package would be delivered around 6pm as that's when I get home. they then told me they could not do that. they attempted delivery TWICE when I specifically said I would NOT be home to sign. I then was told I could pick up the package here. I got there and had to wait 15 minutes while they went and got my package from another building...bad customer service. horrible experience.

Delayed packages, lost packages, impossible to get in contact with customer service. Was contacted by a rep that said they will "try and find my package" and contact me by the end of the day. It's been 4 business days now and no contact has been made. I called the customer service line but the virtual agent just repeats menu options and then hangs up. Need to get through the labyrinth of menu options to actually get routed to an agent, and then they just regurgitate the script that "the tracking page has the latest up to date information" which makes no sense as the tracking page has not updated for over a week. My package had to travel 15 minutes from Mississauga to Vaughan and they lost it. It's actually impressive. Avoid FedEx at all costs. No accountability, they don't care at all.

FedEx was a catastrophic experience. Dry ice shipment for hundreds of dollars. Not delivered on time, after hours on the phone and many stories, why the delivery was not done, FedEx promised to fill up the dry ice for cooling. Of course they did not. Package was unopened. I had to drive to pick it up, with barely any ice left. A complete disaster, unreliable, lies on the phone. First it was customs fault, then weather, then no transport from the airport possible. In other words prefabricated stories that did not match. Never again, never! Staff at the pickup centre was nice and totally incompetent.

We have blinds business. We have lots of angry and disappointed customers because of FedEx. We pay for Express air shipping and they deliver like land shipping. Unfortunately, our supplier wants to deal with FedEx only. If we had choice, we would have gone to different delivery company. We are their regular customers and pay them thousands of dollars every week. If regular customers are treated like this, we guess occasional customers are out of luck. FedEx is Holding packages for too long. Tracking system is not up to date. When they deliver, they rarely deliver complete orders. Then we have to wait again for them to deliver rest of order. They say that they are very busy that's why packages are delayed. We can see that packages are sitting in Mississauga FedEx facility for so many days. We are willing to go pick up products but they don't even give us option to pick up. We spend hours talking to customers service, all they say is "sorry for delay, we are doing our best to deliver your products ASAP". They tell us that they have sent request to deliver products ASAP and someone will call us within 24 hours to address our concern. We wait few days but no delivery, no call. We call customer service again, and the next rep. tells us that there is no information in the system that we called before. It's been going on for so long. All we can do is hope that FedEx improves its service, but it may be too much to ask for.

FedEx is a necessary service that takes full advantage of low competition in the market. The customer experience is lovely, with sweet representatives at the head office. However, it is slower than a glacier to see the line move. I needed to pick up a package that was redirected to this location instead of my local pick up spot, for no reason except the CS rep not listening. And onsite, the line had 2 people ahead of me and 2 personnel behind the counter. Yet it took me 30 minutes to pick up my package. I'm giving it 3 stars because the staff is lovely.
