My father was waiting for a package from Trinidad/Tobago to take with him to Germany. it meant a lot to him and was two years in the making. the package was two days late and passed my dad's house twice, according to tracking. he was quite upset. i spoke to a gentlemen named Waylon, who was a great help and got us the package 2 hours before our flight. much appreciated.

They got to be the worst mail delivery service I've ever dealt with my package been in medicine hat for the pass 5 days but still hasn't received it at this point I'm ready to let it go back to the sender can never used them no more

I waited three hours for my package. The driver claimed that he tried delivering it.I don't reccomend that anyone uses FedEx in Medicine Hat.
