Driver forgot pickup terminal so did not give PU number the delivery has not been made they can’t find a pick up was ever done however I have pictures of it being loaded into truck. Have been hung up on 8 times x can’t get connected to a manager and the staff refuse to do anything. Sent a friend to pick up Jaipur and a half drive from home and it’s not there!!! WHERE IS MY DELIVERY AND WHAY HAPPENED TO ALL YOUR GOOD TEAM Members? The last team Member is good but I will be surprised if she actually calls back!

No cars available because of come home year...so I bought a used motorcycle. Strapped it to a pallet, dropped it off at D&R and shipped it back to alberta uninsured at my own risk. Arrived in perfect condition. Staff there were amazing. Being from out west I am used to horrible customer service so I almost teared up a little 🤣😂. Thanks B'ys!

Been using Day & Ross for years now…. Yes there is problem's but every shipping company do… but the drivers, customer service, and dispatch team are great at this location actually great is an understatement! One word of advice is to only talk to the local office rather then the call center as they are the one who are dealing with your good on a daily basis!

Absolutely the worst shipping company I have ever had to deal with. I purchased a stove from Rona (also terrible) and they lost it. It took them almost 3 weeks to get back to me (after it was already 2 weeks late) to tell me it was lost. Customer service on the phone was rude abs unprofessional.

The Day&Ross/ups office in Sydney Nova Scotia, have had a parcel for over a week, the parcel has My Moms ashes ,and they DON'T CARE THEY SAID TO ME I DON'T CARE! NOW 2 WEEKS AFTER IT WAS SENT FROM ONTARIO, THEY SAID TO ME THAT THEY DON'T CARE!!!! THEY ARE INCREDIBLY INSENSITIVE!!!
