Only hit 1 star because there's none lower! Had a delivery today that I did not know was coming. Obviously the drivers aren't trained in ringing a doorbell, I'm home with a contractor who informed me of the delivery...at my open garage door ..IN THE Rain. Fray and Toss, you live up to your name of loooow customer service. Then I spent 10 minutes waiting for customer service to answer my call. After a thorough inspection of the remainder of the delivery, another piece was damaged and the kickplates were broken in half. Luckily, Home Depot refunded us, but Fray And Toss eventually pay for the damages.
