The owners and staff really are amazing. For a big chain they make it feel like a mom and pop kinda place. Might have to do with it being a family run business. I would highly recommend going into the store. They offer alot more than just shipping packages. I had a zippo I purchased there engraved for my brother and they did an amazing job we both loved the way it turned out!!! I'd give them 10 stars!!

We were looking for personalized gifts and we found the perfect place. The staff made great suggestions for modern ideas, colours and items and not only were the gifts personalized for our loved ones, they were personalized as from our very own Campbell River! Wonderful graphic designs on quality items such as water bottles, bamboo coasters in a case, journal books, key chains, decorative and useable kitchen items and more. So much to choose from. The prices are fair and there are gift ideas for any budget. I will keep this as my to-go place for a very special gifts.
