Very rude delivery man. Said his job is to bring to doorway, doesn't care how heavy an item is to slip inside the door an extra few feet. Never use this service - terrible customer relations from delivery man.

2 doorbells at house I am at, so that is confusing. Slip says pickup tomorrow, fine. Fedex website/app says another attempt tomorrow; few hrs later, FedEx website said the same. WeFixItPrintIt rep was awesome next morning. Happy I had a downtown option via bus & feet.

Overnight priority took 5 days. The update said delivery attempted but the driver never showed (I was home waiting). Costumer service just gave lip service and did not provide any solutions. Would not use Fed-Ex again if I had a choice.

Well that was pleasant! NOT The driver buzzed my apartment was difficult to understand but I heard fed ex so I said I'd be right down. Got downstairs to find my parcel sitting in the lobby by the door and the driver gone. Anyone could have scooped it up before I got down the 3 flights of stairs. You'd think they'd wait a second to make sure the right person got it but no! Not impressed as usual! Glad I hardly ever get a parcel from them.

Absolute horrable service, had them send in an expensive package to get repaired, apon returned they supposedly dropped it at my house with out saying anything or notifying me, when I got ahold of costumer service after waiting 45 min, I got ahold of some one and tryed explaining my situation however due to his lack of English he tryed his best however the situation did not get resolved. Waiting for an response to see what there gunna do about it
