Hey Iā€™ve been waiting for a package for a month Iā€™ve got UPS shipments delivered to my house over 20 times with no problems. I checked my package this morning and it said that it was out for delivery now you send me a email saying ups doesnā€™t ship to my address and when I call you guys the person on the phone was not helpful and said the only way I can get my address is to use someone elseā€™s delivery address when I donā€™t know anyone else who would get my 1500$ Package delivered to their house so I asked if there is somewhere I can pick it up even tho I paid 80$ to have it shipped to my own address and the lady says the customer center is closed to customers. So what did you guys just steal my package or is it coming to my house. This is honestly ridiculous. If Iā€™m out 1500$ just because your delivery man didnā€™t want to drop it to my house like heā€™s done 20 times before that seems like a problem on your end and I shouldnā€™t be dealing with this. Why would a customer centre be closed to customers like what am I suppose to do

I'll never ship with UPS ever again. A parcel arrived for me one day with a customs charge, and as I wanted to use my business' credit card-which wasn't accessible when he arrived-I asked if I could pick up the parcel in Charlottetown later that week when I was better prepared. The driver indicated that this wouldn't be an issue, but when I asked if I needed some UPS documentation related to this parcel, I was told that it wasn't necessary. Then followed two-weeks of horror, as it later emerged that I did need documentation related to the shipment to pinpoint its location, as the UPS Customer Centre is temporarily closed, and any of the other UPS affiliates aren't equipped to handle questions regarding the whereabouts of one's parcels, and they directed me to UPS's 1-800 number. Dialing the 1-800 number only served to underscore just how misguided the advice of the delivery driver's had been, as the parcel was now completely missing. At best, it was known to be somewhere on PEI...maybe, but with a return-to-sender about to be triggered shortly, it was a imperative that the parcel be found quickly. In its favour, the main office was able to sort out the issue, but it was an issue that was needless in the first place, occurring due to phenomenal incompetence and laziness on the part of UPS on PEI. The punch line? UPS delivered another parcel recently. It was the sender who chose UPS, and not me. It was the same delivery driver as the last time, and he was unable to disguise his contempt, as he recollected the role he played with my missing parcel. His attitude was repulsive. "Are you actually able to pay this time?" "Well, I know not to ask for your **** card, because it didn't work the last time." And other one-liners in a similar vein. Nothing was wrong with my card the first time, as I preferred to charge on my business card which was not in my possession when the driver arrived, and I didn't offer my personal card for him use. Remind me again how a lowly delivery driver has the right to be making these sorts of judgments on my payment preferences? Yikes!!! Nothing half as classy as being rude and dismissive to customers, I will definitely be lodging a formal complaint regarding this jobs worth. So, my history with UPS: - Parcels consistently arriving so damaged that they look like they passed through a threshing machine. Can you guess how my business has suffered as a result? - Parcels consistently going off-grid for weeks at a time. Nothing a customer of mine enjoys hearing more than, "...I haven't a clue where your parcel is, and neither does UPS." - A website that seems to have been designed by a four-year-old. Organizing shipping is as comfortable and as easy as having a root canal. - You would have more success trying to fly to the moon on a giant banana, than you would reaching a human being in customer service when things go awry....and things ALWAYS go awry! - Predominantly surly, lazy, and incompetent employees who clearly despise their employer, and with a 'pass-the-buck' default setting. It'll be a cold day in hell when I pay to have all my parcels damaged/go missing, and be abused by incompetent delivery drivers, by UPS ever again.

UPS has been the most unreliable shipping service I have experienced during this pandemic. One package was ā€˜damaged and merchandise discardedā€™ and I had to contact the sender to get my money back. Discarded without notifying me! Ups never contacted me or took my calls when I attempted to figure out what happened. Now a second shipment is on the way and again I cannot get in contact with any real person to ensure this package arrives safely or if I can pick it up myself. FedEx, Purolator, and Canada post have all been exceptional comparatively.
