I'm really disappointed with FedEx, I ordered a Christmas present for my brother over a month ago and it was supposed to arrive Monday the 19th before 5am and it never arrived, I called and they told me that it's postponed to Tuesday the 20th before 5am and still nothing... now it's Saturday December 24th and I still haven't received the gift for my little brother... it's been a week since my package is on its way to its destination and it still hasn't arrived and every time I call, a representative always answers me something different from the previous one, I'm really disappointed and angry because there my brother won't have his Christmas present due to a lack of skills on the part of FedEx.
