My package arrived undamaged and on time which is great, but the delivery driver just left it on my door step without even attempting to make sure I was home. I was sitting in my kitchen eating breakfast in a silent house when I looked out the window and seen the delivery guy walking back down to his truck. He didn't even knock or ring the door bell. Just left it on the step to potentially be stolen around christmas.
