Incompetent delivery man, doesn't even bother to do his basic job, i.e. ring people's bells, but no, I live in a block, my address is written super clearly and I spent the whole day at home because my parcel was very important and the delivery man did not even ring or try to call me and registered that I was not there. Bravo there was not enough incompetent employees

The delivery people do not take the time to go up the stairs to check the address on the door which is very well written, I had to leave Trois-Rivières to go to Mirabel to pick up my order, for some time I have started hello Fresh with the other delivery companies my order always arrives between 9 a.m. - 12 p.m., it is currently 3 p.m. and I still do not have my order which was delivered to fedex this morning at 05:59 a.m. never been served so badly that with this company I pay my delivery in addition for work half done

Comparing to other delivery companies this is the least reliable and most of the time disappointing. I am always stressed when I know that they are the ones who deliver because my packages rarely arrive on time and even less at the right destination too often return to the warehouse or lost, compare to other companies who easily find our address in town and their competitors ring to notify delivery

Paying more to be delivered to the door and having to pick it up from a drop-off center because delivery people are unable to knock on a door or ring its more than frustratingly frustrating.
