Horrible. This carrier is only open for 2 hours a day (7am - 9am)!!! Like, are you kidding? Anyways, I spoke with Amazon, and made arrangements for their logistics to remove FedEx as one of their carriers. They agreed that being open 2 hours each day is unacceptable service for Amazon customers, so they will have the package transferred to another carrier and they gave me a month extension on my Amazon Prime membership for the hassle of dealing with this useless company.
