They delivered before expected date. They also have very small duty fees from cross border shipments compared to ups I find. Very easy to pay duties before the item is delivered insuring your package isn't delayed. And I have not had any damaged good like USPS or UPS.

The guy was very polite he made sure to give me correct information. I went to the wrong place and he even offered to get the package ready for me even though they couldn't send it out for me. The reason this is five stars is purely because of the customer service this FedEx is also located inside staples. The guy at staples helped me out with giving me some pointers for all in one computers

Stay clear of FedEx at all costs. If there is any other option, choose it for your sanity. This racket FedEx has going by charging both the shipper and the receiver is insane. $40 shipping cost and a MONTH wait. They hold your package ransom here until you pay the extra "duty" of almost 25% with no proof they ever paid duty in the first place. In fact after pressed they finally admitted it is in fact an administration charge and not duty because duty was never paid and no proof could be produced. The craziest part of this whole scenario is they don't ever deliver or even attempt to deliver your package. My doorbell camera proves no associate of Fedex ever attempted delivery during this whole Fedex scam.
