Drivers in my area make zero effort to contact you when delivering a package. Instead they just leave a notice for you to pick up your package at another location. This has happened with every package I have had delivered by UPS

Would like to give a positive review on the service I recently received on November 15th, 2022. I had placed an order through Costco containing 4 packages which were “delivered” on the 10th. I had phoned the local branch to talk about it, explaining it was showing delivered but nothing on the step or cameras. I give this 5 stars as they instantly acknowledged, and tried to make things right for the missing packages. The lady at the desk worked with her usual driver for our Thickwood area who went and found where she dropped off at the wrong house, and returned to our step, instantly phoning and apologizing for the mix-up. Excellent service guys! More often than not, I would have just been sent a claim sheet and brushed off, but you went the extra mile for me and really appreciate all your help there - good customer service does still exist and made me really happy to see that!
