Annoying service - was told my package would be delivered between 2:45-6:45pm one day - it didnt come. Then, it was updated to say the next day - I had someone at home to recieve it, and we have 3 cameras on the house. I got a notification saying they couldn't deliver my package because no one was home, to pay the duty. I had already pre-paid online, and also, no one actually came to my house. I called the 1-800 number and he said he would send them a message to go back. More like go do your job in the first place. Not a happy customer. This isnt the first time service has been delayed and confused with UPS.

UPS does not deliver to Goulais. Annoying. A reasonable sized UPS sign would also be most appreciated.

Parcel delivery was delayed three different times. When deliver a charge of $60 was never explained.

horrible drivers . never showed up on time . delay 2 days. then when the package arrived the driver was to lazy to ring my appartment thats just lazy workers you have working there thank you very much

For all that are lost, go through the 321 industrial park door with the small UPS sticker on it. And don't try their phone number, it won't work. Oh and don't check for hours, it just says open. Nice customer service inside though.
