Annoying service - was told my package would be delivered between 2:45-6:45pm one day - it didnt come. Then, it was updated to say the next day - I had someone at home to recieve it, and we have 3 cameras on the house. I got a notification saying they couldn't deliver my package because no one was home, to pay the duty. I had already pre-paid online, and also, no one actually came to my house. I called the 1-800 number and he said he would send them a message to go back. More like go do your job in the first place. Not a happy customer. This isnt the first time service has been delayed and confused with UPS.
