We had a client dropping off a bunch of sensitive equipment to be packed up and shipped out to the west coast BC! We were dealing with Caroline and Janin and they were fantastic. Quick responses amazing service they even offered to help translate because or client spoke only French and we spoke only English. We have shipped with different UPS Store locations in the past however this was by far the BEST SERVICE. Nicest, Kindest and most competent people we have had the pleasure of dealing with. I told them they were fantastic over the phone however, I am not one to jump on and write a review but they were the best so I had to! KUDOS! to this store such a great team!!

Exeptional service from the gentleman who works there. UPS keeps delaying and telling me false delivery date and it is super frustrating but i will give them another chance ONLY because of this gentleman who went above and beyond to try and help me find a solution.
