They will claim that they attempted delivery, but they never even tried. Several people were home to attest it. Instead, they claim that the customer was not home. They change the delivery date each day. If you've made plans to stay home in order to receive the parcel, chances are high that it will never come on that date. Each time the company I bought something from shipped it using Fedex, I had to call Fedex to ask them to simply drop it off at one of their Fedex pick-up center. The delivery fee I paid was worth nothing. Customer service is friendly, but unfortunately, there is only so much they can do to help you, as they do not control the shipping themselves. I am mostly disappointed by the lies and unreliable information. This is no way to conduct business.

Horrible service. Business if you want to annoy to death you customers use Fedex! They deliver lies instead of the packages. Tracking number of my package says it's delivered as no signatures is required and left in front of the door BUT on the door tag it marked as another attempt of delivery will be done and of course no any package was left there. So as required by the tag instructions I've signed and put my name on the tag and left it on the door outside so on the 2nd attempt the courier could leave the package in front of the door. Next day no one came. So since the tracking number says it's delivered yesterday I removed the tag and decided to contact the sender of the package. Next day I've found 2 door tags: 1 for 2nd attempt with the date of previous day (when no one came) and another tag with this day date saying it was last attempt. No any info where to pick up the package. Tried online - no luck - the tracking number keeps saying that it was already delivered at the 1st attempt. Feel frustrated and angry? That's not all. Now when you trying to contact Fedex customer service by email there is no option for Canada, only US. So the last option I have to waste my time on the phone.

I was at a Canada Post outlet and called FedEx to see if they were faster. They guanteed one day service so I paid twice as much so I could have my documents in time to travel. It took 5 days! 3 business days! I want my money back, they have a guarantee but they are telling me that it was weather related so it's not covered. It's August, I don't see any snow. I don't want my disrupted travel or concert tickets refunded, just the money I paid for one day service.

Bad company, bad business, lost drivers, late deliveries, charging excess fees for border customs fees... do business with Canada Post or US postal service
