Would give zero stars if possible. Had a parcel shipped from Italy via DHL, and when it arrived in Fredericton NB (only a few KM's from my place) it sat for four days. After calling loomis, I was told to contact dhl, and got nothing but the run around from both of them. Very poor service for the amount they charge.

Would give zero if I could… spent 3-4 days out for delivery and came up with multiple excuses why it wasn’t able to including an issue with the address and then delivered Sunday night… DO NOT RECOMMEND… worst case you should probably walk the package where it needs to go instead of having these people deal with it.

Worst service. They kept saying product will deliver late and the day they claimed parcel was delivered, it was not there on the lobby. They didn’t inform or called me . And not taking responsibility for the missing parcel! I wish I could rate them 0

Have held my package for over a week promising delivery and the chaged their story to "its being held you have to pick it up" during their ridiculous hours. Usually people that have money to ship things have jobs. I've already taken 4 days off work in order to be home for delivery and now am taking another.....not worth the time and agrivation

This is absolutely not a got place to get your package delivered with. They are a 3rd party for DHL, my package is out for delivery since 3 day ago.i contacted DHL they told me it will be delivered. I contacted Loomis after been on the phone for 25-30 min they literally told me and I quote:"we don't care about your package if you have any issues contact DHL, if you try to complaint to us it will be discarded and no one care about that." Contacted DHL again and explained what happened. They told me they have no power on how 3rd party operates and it is what it is.
