This is my third unfortunate, miserable experience with this company. Paid so much to ship a parcel from Africa to Canada via DHL, only for me to discover it was sub-contracted to Loomis. The horror! Still wanted to give them the benefit of doubt after all it was a tiny package and it shouldn't be hard to deliver. But no, I get an SMS that delivery attempt failed because I wasn't home! And to think I stayed home all day because of this parcel. I rescheduled delivery via same SMS when prompted to do so. Next day, I get a call from them that the delivery agent couldn't reach me so I should come to their office to pick up. Com'on! An office out of town, in winter? How inconsiderate and callous can one company be? I've asked all the relevant questions but the customer service but received no concrete answers. What happened to my reschedule request?in what way(s) did the company try to reach me? I've also asked for evidence and no answers too! If you reading this and planning to have something to do with Loomis, you should reconsider your choices except you love being extremely frustrated.
