Most of the reviews have nothing to do with this location. Other than some long lineups sometimes, I've often gotten good service here. I would recommend always having 2 available for the counter, and have a 2-line system where those just picking up parcels can get them right away. It would help with the lineups. Thanks!

2 day shipping turned to 2 week shipping becasue of a 1 day holiday? We pay you to deliver our goods. Deliver them. Why can I get something from China in 2 days from Amazon but this takes 2 weeks coming from Vancouver, terrible courier service would not recommend to anyone. Must have slaves working the joint or sumthing.

It's small and 1 person usually working...so that leads to poor reviews? I think it's ridiculous to give a poor review because of impatience. If you have to wait, just remember that you can always get your assistant to wait for you... if you don't have an assistant, just realize you're just like the rest of us and some days you have to wait. If you can't wait, go there another time. 😁👍 IMO it's a good location, and I have no complaints about it.

I ordered a Napier Box Tent and when I went to pick up the package it had clearly been cut open. No crushing damage to the cardboard and no damage anywhere else but the taped side. This was picked up by Canada post in Ontario and delivered here so one of their employees cut open the package to steal contents. I refused delivery as I couldn't tell if there was anything missing.

The two stars are for the regular staff. Two older Canada Post Service Representatives at this location have no concept of customer service. They have also never had any personal experience with high quality goods and will treat yours with 0 respect or care. I will go elsewhere when they are on shift. UPDATE Manager was incapable of processing Small Business pre-paid shipping. Even refused advice on how to complete transaction. Reduced to one star.
