-EDIT- Okay I still stand by my previous review HOWEVER.... Since I have posted this the quality of service and the professionalism have come leaps and bounds. I was completely critical before and I am allowed to be. There are some amazing people that work here and when a buisness makes great strides to be better it should be given their fair dues. Complete 180 from before and still going strong, keep it up canada post your doing great and getting better. -Previous review 1 star- Completely unhelpful, had no clue what she was doing. Couldn't even explain what had happened to my package that was apparently delivered 2 days ago and then proceeds to tell me it's not in town yet. The employee basically admitted that the lady in front of me had a package collected that was supposed to be signed for was received by someone with no signature. Unprofessional, unhelpful..dismal IMHO there's a reason that ups, FedEx are prevalent now..

Package arrived in city and then the post office delayed delivery by an extra 4 days past delivery date, if I had known I made the mistake of ordering through Canada post I would’ve called to correct it before it was shipped🙄, not the first time this happened either last month I had a package held for an extra 2 weeks! what do you guys do in the back? Steal packages or what?

One of the only 2 bad post offices in town. I dont know what your location and Parkwood location got on the go but come on give a little decent service... Every other post office in town five 🌟's

Awful service. They will do the bare minimum to get by. Mark packages delivered and don’t deliver, delay delivery for multiple days and not let you pick it up yourself. The customer service at the postal office are always rude and cut you off. Use any other currier service if you can.
